A purchase grants one personal, non-transferable licence for the duration of the plan. Sharing, reselling or redistributing a licence ends it without refund.
Access is delivered through our Discord after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to open a ticket and complete the setup.
Because access is digital and delivered immediately, refunds are only considered before delivery, or where a product cannot be made to work on a supported system.
Products may be taken offline temporarily after game or anti-cheat updates. Time-based plans are extended when downtime exceeds 72 hours.
Abuse of staff, chargeback fraud or attempts to reverse engineer our software result in permanent termination without refund.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the product after an update means you accept the current version.
